How to access the ASAM Member Portal

The Member Portal uses a registered email address or membership number together with a private password. Payment references, certificate verification codes and phone-number digits are not accepted as login passwords.

First login after approval

Open the membership approval email sent by ASAM.
Select the Member Portal link and enter your registered email address or membership number.
Enter the temporary password shown in the approval email.
Create a new private password when prompted. Portal content remains locked until this step is completed.
Use the new private password for all future logins.

Returning members

Select Login at the top of the website.
Enter your registered email address or membership number.
Enter the private password that you created.
Use Set or reset password when the password is forgotten or when an older account has not yet received a temporary password.
Contact the Secretariat when the registered email address is no longer accessible.

New members

Account activation follows membership approval

Start by reviewing the ASAM membership categories and selecting the category that best reflects your work. The Apply button opens the application form with your category already selected. After the Secretariat approves the application and confirms payment, ASAM issues a membership number, certificate and temporary portal password to the registered email address.

The temporary password must be replaced during the first login and cannot be used to bypass that security step.

Password safety

Use a unique password containing at least 10 characters.
Include uppercase and lowercase letters, a number and a symbol.
Never share your password with ASAM staff or another member.
Never send a password through email, WhatsApp or a payment form.
Use the password-reset page immediately when unauthorised access is suspected.

Forgotten or missing password

Set or reset your password by email

Enter your registered email address or membership number on the password-reset page. A six-digit code is sent to the email address held by ASAM. The code expires after 20 minutes and can be used only once.

Existing members whose accounts were created before secure passwords were introduced should use this process or ask the Secretariat to issue a temporary password.

Still unable to log in?

Contact the ASAM Secretariat and provide your full name, registered email address, organisation and membership number. The Secretariat may confirm your identity, update an inaccessible email address, or issue a new temporary password.

Member sellers

Accessing your marketplace seller dashboard

After secure login, select My Store in the Member Portal. The same private member password protects your seller profile, package payments, products, inquiries and order fulfilment records.

Marketplace selling requires an active ASAM membership, a verified seller profile and an active paid advertising package. No separate or shared store password is used.

Store account security

Only the authenticated member can manage that member's products and orders.
Seller registration and payment documents are available only to authorised administrators.
Product and order notifications never ask for your portal password.
Change the password immediately if another person may have seen it.
